With a Cherry on Top!

I haven't had this in such a long time, but I LOVE IT! Coffee ice cream w/ Magic Shell on top, and of course a juicy & shiny cherry adds a cute touch. I love the way Magic Shell just crunches perfectly!

Organic spring mix salad with shredded carrots, cucumber, blue cheese, balsamic vinegar.

Baked seasoned potatoes.

Grilled seasoned chicken.

I love Blue Cheese!

Scrambled egg w/ Blue cheese, beets, toasted dark rye bread, plain yogurt w/ sliced strawberry & my green juice :)

I was grocery shopping last night, and picked up some blue cheese, I love this stuff! Tastes exactly like Gorzonzola, which I also love! I wonder if there's a difference?

Spinach Salad

Spinach salad with strawberries, avocado, tomatoes, walnuts that I cracked myself, blue cheese, & balsamic vinegar...very yummy!! (I also had a slice of whole wheat toast with it.)

New Year, New beginning!!

Happy New Year everyone!! Last year, I found it fun to photograph food I eat on a daily basis, namely things I create in my kitchen. I am no chef by any stretch of the imagination, but who needs to be one to know what they like to eat and chop some things up and put them on a plate? So I think it'd be fun to track what I eat, it holds me accountable for being healthy, which is everyone's resolution I think, and may inspire someone to try something new?! So enjoy and let me know what you think!! (I can see this morphing into a fitness blog down the line!)
